Eligibility and Process:
- Initiate return requests within 20 days of product receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
- Email frank@hylabtattoo.com with order number, items to return, project status, and reason for return.
- Await our response within 3 days.
- After authorization, securely pack items with order number included.
- Return in secure packaging to the address provided within 20 days of the original purchase.
International Customs Considerations:
- Customers are responsible for customs cooperation; freight losses due to non-cooperation are borne by the consumer.
- We can provide necessary documents for customs clearance upon request.
Shipping Costs:
- Consumers bear shipping costs for self-initiated returns; specific costs depend on the chosen courier.
- No shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly sent items due to our fault.
- No restocking fees for returning items.
Return Processing Timeline:
- Returns take 3 to 5 days to process upon reaching our warehouse.
- Receive an email notification upon completion, indicating authorized return and store credit issuance.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable items, custom products, ink, tattoo needles, and beauty products cannot be returned.
Tattoo Machine Return Policy:
- Unopened machines are eligible for returns.
- If there is a problem with your machine and the machine is within the warranty period (all tattoo machines have a one-year warranty from the date of receipt of the machine (except for human damage), please follow the steps below:
Send an email to frank@hylabtattoo.com describing the problem you are experiencing with the machine. Please include the invoice number or, if you do not have an invoice number, the email address or name associated with the account.
We’ll confirm that your machine is under warranty, contact the manufacturer about the issue you’re experiencing, and provide a solution to fix your machine (if one exists).
Once we discover an issue, we will contact you to find out what the next steps are, as each manufacturer has a different solution to each problem.
Refund Procedure:
- Once your return is received and inspected, a receipt notification will be sent.
- Approved refunds are processed automatically, credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Delayed or Lost Refunds:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
- If needed, contact your bank.
